Chains that marred
Chains that marred the jailers tag,
took the greens mixed in greed.
The smart ones looked ahead
The shabby ones asked instead
The eager ones pinched the salted bread.
In mountains we lie, devouring the hoofs
We know we asked for guests to brood
We now intend to lock and howl
Deceptions,
Deep and wide the gallows lie,
The promise of fuel to bridge our dreams.
